Wellness Blueprint

$199

A personalized nutrition and training plan built around your life and your goals. I’ll review your current dietary intake and daily exercise habits, learn about what you’re working toward, and create a clear, sustainable guide for what to eat and how to train each day. Included is a customized macronutrient breakdown, with adjustments tailored to support your goals — whether that’s more energy, improved digestion, balanced mood, or body composition changes. This is an in depth plan to help you maximize your nutrition and performance.

How It Works

  • Tell me about you – Share your current nutrition, training, and lifestyle so I can understand where you’re starting.

  • Get your Wellness Blueprint – A personalized plan to fuel and train your body for your unique goals.

  • Meet with me (1 hour) – We’ll walk through your plan together and make sure it feels realistic and doable.

  • Start seeing progress – Follow clear, actionable steps that fit into your life.

  • Check in if you need – Book an optional 30-minute follow-up to fine-tune your plan or get extra support.

1:1 Monthly Coaching

$800

4 weeks of ongoing, personalized support to help you feel your best — inside and out. This plan includes everything from the Wellness Blueprint (nutrition review, food guides, and custom macro breakdown), plus weekly 1:1 calls to track your progress, fine-tune your plan, and keep you moving toward your goals. Also included is support via text/email in between sessions for when questions come up.

Each session is a chance to check in, make adjustments, and layer in other key wellness strategies like stress reduction, sleep and recovery optimization, and simple health habits that support lasting change.

How It Works

  • Start strong – Fill out your intake forms so I can learn about your nutrition, training, and lifestyle, then book your first call.

  • Your personalized plan – After our first call, you’ll have a clear, tailored plan to start making progress right away.

  • Three weeks of coaching & support – Learn, track, and adjust with email/text access to me between calls.

  • Celebrate & plan ahead – In our final call, we’ll review your progress and set your next steps — whether that’s continuing together or moving forward on your own.

  • Continuing for more than 1 month? Get your second month for $600!
